Tracking your order
Please log on to www.royalmail.com and use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your order, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund for returned goods. You must notify us and arrange delivery of the goods back to us within 7 days from when you receive the goods. To arrange a return or cancel your order, you must send us an email to info@arkangelandfelon.com, within 7 days of receipt of your goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. We will give you a returns number to write on the parcel. All goods must be returned within 7 days. We regret that delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Goods must be returned to us in a reasonable time and in the same condition that they were dispatched to you with the original labels attached. If the goods are not returned in their original condition or if any of the labels have been removed then we reserve the right to insist upon payment for the goods. You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us, except where the item is faulty or you are returning an item that was substituted in your original order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
